Explanation of Square Footage
The approximate Gross Square Footage which Floorplansource provides, takes into account the perimeter walls (interior & exterior) and everything within them. In addition to the rooms labeled with dimensions, the approx Gross Square Footage includes hallways, closets, bathrooms and interior and walls. (See diagram).
On-Site Drafting Time
Our draftspeople can effectively measure and gather detailed information at the efficient rate of approximately 40 square feet per minute. As a general rule, allow 30 minutes (+/-) for every 1000 square feet of drawing on-site.
Turn-Around Time
We are keenly aware of the need for you to receive your custom drafted floorplan as quickly as possible. We work very fast without ever compromising quality. If the floorplan is less than 2500 square feet, we can display your proof within 1 ½ business days. Add 1 business day for each addional 2500 square feet.
