As we gather necessary information we can provide you with statistical information such as approximate gross square footage* (within ±5%), ceiling heights and other information you deem necessary. In order to schedule and appointment, you must have an account. We may already have your account set up in our system. Go to login/sign up and enter your company associated email address and, if you know it, your pin #. If you don’t have your pin then simply follow the fast and easy instructions on how to obtain your pin # via email in minutes. If we do not have you registered in our system you can establish your account right now, quickly and easily There is no charge or obligation. Just follow the instructions. Once you are logged in, select schedule an appointment and fill out the on-line appointment schedule form. We will immediately display all current & future date and time availabilities. The Floorplansource web site is "PDA" friendly. You can book an appointment while on the go from your Blackberry, Iphone, Ipad, or other popular PDA device.

Amount of time to allow for an on-site visit

A floorplansource draft person can effectively measure and gather detailed information at the efficient rate of approx 35 sq. ft. per minute. As a general rule, allow approximately 30 minutes +/- for every 1000 sq .ft.

Drafting from client supplied original floorplans

If you have an existing floorplan that you would like us to use in place of an on-site visit we can, in most cases, accommodate. However, it is possible that the existing source lacks the essential information needed to draft an accurate and acceptable floorplan. Therefore, select the "redraw" from the home page or side bar from any one of our brochure pages and follow the delivery instructions, The price for drafting from a client supplied original will be commiserate with the degree of effort and time required based on a review of your supplied original. We will evaluate and determine the price/discount and to what degree accuracy can be acheived and report back to you in about one (1) business day.  The discount for drawing from an existing floorplan is usually 25% less than full service price.

Proof, display and revisions

Floorplansource, via this website, has developed a more efficient way to deliver your completed floorplan. We will send you a link via email when your floorplan proof is ready. You can click on the link directly. After you log-in to your account/dasboard you will see another link with the address of your floorplan. Simply click and your floorplan will be displayed. From the display you can review, print and/or, download the floorplan in a predetermined web-ready format.
